Refund Policies
30-Days Ruturn
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date your order is paid.
The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition,and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Fee
Buyer are responsible for the return shipping fee and you should find the shipping company by youself.
In some cases, you might want us to pick up the returns, it will cause additional fee.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@weshop876.com. Or just contact us by Whatsapp button in bottom right. The customer service will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include:
- Perishable products
- Custom products
- Personal care goods
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
General Refund Process
1. Contact Us: Inform us about the issue you are experiencing.
2. Customer Service Review: If our service team cannot resolve your issue, they will send you a message including a return address and return instructions to start the return process.
3. Return the Product: Send back the product and provide us with the tracking number of the package (if available).
4. Inspection: Once we get your returned package, we will inspect it to ensure everything is in order.
5. Refund Issuance: We will handle your refund within the next 24 hours and inform you. (Please be aware that your credit card company may require extra time for the transaction. If you do not receive your refund within a week, we suggest contacting your credit card company.)
