Shipping & Return Policies
We accept returns for most items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee and must arrange the return shipment themselves.
In some cases, we can arrange a pickup, which may incur additional charges.

Our customer service team will guide you through the refund process.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Perishable products
- Custom products
- Personal care goods
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
- Contact Us: Inform us about the issue you are experiencing.
- Customer Service Review: Our team will send return instructions and address.
- Return the Product: Ship the item and provide the tracking number (if available).
- Inspection: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product.
- Refund Issuance: Refund will be processed within 24 hours of inspection.
(Please be aware that your credit card company may require extra time for the transaction. If you do not receive your refund within a week, we suggest contacting your credit card company.)
